B.S. Defence Argument #3
Clean Imaging
The defence argues that if the injury doesn’t show on X-ray, MRI, or CT – it doesn’t exist.
MRI can’t see anything small than a grain of barley. A wooden skewer driven right through your head is invisible to MRI end-on. It’s only visible from the side. Heart attack doesn’t show on imaging. There’s no blood test for depression or PTSD. Pain can’t be seen on imaging, biopsy, or blood test.
On the other hand, a frozen corpse looks fine on X-ray, MRI, and CT. Blood tests will come back clean.
Sometimes, all the defence needs to do is wake up and smell the cow pies.
